Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ashinton Store website and your purchase of products through our online store.
By accessing or using the Ashinton Store website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our applicable Refund Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. About Ashinton Store
Ashinton Store is the merchandise store operated by Ashinton Capital (Pty) Ltd, the company behind the Ashinton Forex brand.
Ashinton Store offers branded merchandise and other products manufactured on demand through third-party fulfilment partners.

3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, colours, sizes and other information displayed on the website are accurate and current.
However, product appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on your screen, including differences caused by screen settings, lighting, printing processes and normal manufacturing tolerances.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information when necessary.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Ashinton Store products are manufactured on demand after an order is placed.
Because products are produced specifically in response to customer orders, change-of-mind cancellations, returns or exchanges may not be available except where required by applicable law.
Please review product information, sizing, colour options and other details carefully before completing your purchase.
Our Refund Policy and Returns Policy provide further information.
5. Prices
All product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the store.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where correction of an obvious pricing error is required.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Taxes, customs duties and import charges may apply depending on your location and are addressed further in our Shipping Policy.
6. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.
After your order is received, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where payment has not been successfully processed or where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in circumstances involving:
An obvious pricing or product-description error
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
Payment failure
An inability to fulfil the order
A product becoming unavailable
Technical or system errors
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.
7. Payment
Payment must be successfully completed through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Orders will generally only enter production after payment has been successfully authorized or received.
We do not receive or store your complete payment-card credentials through the Ashinton Store website. Payment processing is handled through the applicable third-party payment provider.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Products are manufactured and fulfilled through our fulfilment partners and shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Delivery estimates vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, destination and shipping method.
The applicable estimated delivery date and available shipping options are presented during checkout.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information regarding delivery, tracking, customs, duties and incorrect addresses.
9. Refunds and Returns
Our Refund and Returns Policies form part of these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where applicable law provides a consumer with rights or remedies that differ from those described in our store policies, those legal rights take precedence.
10. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact and delivery information

Maintaining the security of any account credentials you use
Using the website lawfully and responsibly

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit Ashinton intellectual property without prior written permission.
13. Third-Party Services
The Ashinton Store may rely on third-party providers for services including payment processing, product manufacturing, fulfilment, shipping, analytics and other technical functions.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Ashinton Store available and functioning reliably. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party services, network issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or would unlawfully restrict your rights as a consumer.
Subject to applicable law, Ashinton Store will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory warranty, consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our store, products, services, legal requirements or business practices.
The latest version will be published on the website with its applicable revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively alter rights or obligations relating to an order already accepted, except where required by law.
